About this project

Vibe Downtown Karon is a new ESM Development project in the centre of Karon: the beach is 950 metres away, a shuttle runs to the sea, and the upper floors have sea views. The project has two eight-storey buildings with 299 apartments, and the announced construction schedule runs from Q3 2027 to Q4 2029.

It is a separate project, not a phase of Vibe Residence Karon, which is in the same area. Level 2 of building A holds a lobby lounge, the main pool and a co-working space, and the roof has another pool and a garden; level 1 of building B holds a fitness centre, a sauna and a steam room, a cinema room, a games room and a kids’ playground, and level 4 has a lounge area in the courtyard; the project also has a café, a meeting room and a sports court.

The studios of 28 m², one-bedroom apartments of 35–43 m² and two-bedroom apartments of 52 m² are on floors 2 to 8, with a turnkey fit-out included in the price; ownership is leasehold, or freehold for an extra charge. Sales are open: the ฿200,000 reservation counts towards the first payment, 35% is paid within 30 days, then four payments of 15% by construction stage and 5% on completion; registration, the sinking fund and service charges, and meter installation are paid separately.
